Closer to the date of the program, you will be sent a handout with “what to bring”, “a liability waiver”, “pre-trip questionnaire”, “optional health information”, and any other pertinent details regarding the program and your arrival.

Cancellation Policy
For details regarding a specific workshop or tour, refer to the detailed description for that particular program.
Because of deposits forwarded and liabilities incurred by OSPREY with regard to suppliers, no partial refunds will be given for unused rooms, meals, transportation, etc. Medical circumstances or emergencies do not constitute grounds for exception to the cancellation policy. Therefore, trip cancellation and interruption insurance is HIGHLY recommended. In the unlikely event that the trip is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, your money will be refunded in full, with the exception of any expenses you personally incurred while preparing for the trip.
You will be charged the single supplement fee if you request a single room or if you desire double accommodations and we are unable to arrange for someone to share it with you.
Additional Information
Most activities on this tour are within the capability of travelers with relatively good health. However, some hiking is required while carrying photo equipment. At times, trails may be rocky, uneven and poorly marked, and shooting locations can be near the edge of high cliffs. If concerned about a particular hike, tell me at that time and I will point out alternative nearby photo opportunities. If concerned about your fitness, please contact this office for more details. When you register, you are certifying that you have no knowledge of any physical illnesses or conditions that would create a risk for yourself or other participants on the trip. We assume no responsibility for medical care nor for special dietary requirements; however, if forewarned, we will attempt to have your needs met.
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicles, during meals, and at other times when secondhand smoke can affect the health and comfort of others.
To participate in the tour, you are required to sign the liability release for your protection. You can review this form prior to registration if requested. The liability release must be signed prior to departure. If you fail to do so, you will be excluded from the tour and will receive no refund.
Osprey Tours reserves the right to change any route or arrangement, to offer substitutes of equal value, or to cancel the operation of any scheduled excursion if conditions should necessitate. Refunds are not available for those services participants voluntarily choose not to accept.
