Osprey Photo Workshops & Tours
542 C Riviera Dr
Joppa, MD 21085
Since 1979, I have shared my photographic experiences and love of nature with thousands of individuals through more than 200 classes, photography workshops, lectures, and tours in both the U.S. and abroad including South Dakota’s Badlands, the Brazilian Pantanal, Bosque del Apache, NM, Chincoteague NWR, Assateague Island National Seashore, etc. Each year I teach classes on photography at Johns Hopkins University and other educational institutions. I have written “How To” articles on nature photography for national publications such as Outdoor Photographer and Birding. Publishing credits include magazines, calendars, and books published by National Wildlife Federation, Natural History Society, National Geographic, and Audubon. My book, “Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, an Ecological Treasure” is sold in bookstores nationwide. I speak at many camera club meetings and conferences on wildlife photography, Tangier Island, the Brazilian Pantanal, Garden Photograph, and other topics.
I encourage camera clubs to consider scheduling a Zoom presentation for their membership, since in-person presentations are not possible due to COVID19. I have delivered over 15 programs thus far in the fall of 2020 and have an equal number scheduled for the months ahead. The current 1.5-hour program has over 160 images and a Q&A at the end is entitled, “A Passion for Wildlife Photography, The Stories Behind the Image.” If interested, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will e-mail you a detailed description & bio plus some images for review. Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a date since I have a limited number of openings in January, February, March, and April 2021.
